You don't need to redraw your whole photo from scratch. Quantium edits existing images. Change backgrounds, remove people, add objects, or tweak the lighting.
This guide covers three common use cases: removing unwanted elements, replacing backgrounds, and adding details. We'll use the GPT-Image and Gemini models, which excel at image editing.
1Upload Your Original Photo
In the bot, tap "๐ผ Images" โ "Edit Photo." Attach a file from your computer or gallery. JPG and PNG are supported. For best results, your image should be at least 1024 pixels on the shortest side.
2Describe Your Changes
Once uploaded, the bot will ask for instructions. Be specific: "remove the person in red on the left," "replace background with a forest at sunrise," "add a vintage typewriter on the desk." Detail locations and specifics for more accurate results.
3Choose Your Model
Quantium offers two editing models. GPT-Image handles complex instructions best, like "remove the third person from the right and fill the empty space with wall texture." Gemini Image is faster and more precise for background replacement and adding objects.
4Compare Before/After
The bot will return your result with a "before/after" preview. If it's not quite right, hit "๐ Another Option" โ the model will try the same instruction again. Sometimes rephrasing your prompt helps: instead of "get rid of the guy," try "remove the man in blue shirt standing in the foreground."
What's Next
Quantium photo editing handles 80% of tasks that used to need Photoshop and its hotkeys. Next, try more complex scenarios: restoring old photos, changing clothes, or altering the time of day in a shot.
