Quantium Service User Agreement

Last updated: March 25, 2026

1. General Provisions

  1. This document outlines the rules for using the Quantium service, available through the Telegram bot @quantium_aibot and related interfaces.
  2. Here, the Quantium service is called the "Service."
  3. The Service runs on Telegram and may use third-party tech, AI, and payment solutions.
  4. By using the Service—this includes starting the bot, sending messages, uploading files, using generation features, or paying for subscriptions or credit packs—you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
  5. If you don't agree to this Agreement, stop using the Service.

2. Terms

  1. Service or Bot — The Quantium service, including its Telegram bot, related APIs, and all administrative and background processes.
  2. User — Any individual or organization's representative using the bot.
  3. Subscription — Paid access to specific features and a monthly internal credit limit for a user-chosen period.
  4. Credits — The Service's internal currency, used for specific bot actions or features.
  5. Credit Pack — A separate, paid top-up of your internal credit balance.
  6. User Content — Messages, commands, text, images, audio, video, documents, links, and other data uploaded or created by you within the Service.
  7. AI Provider — A third-party supplier of models and computing power the Service uses for generating, analyzing, synthesizing speech, images, video, and other functions.

3. Subject of the Agreement

  1. The Service gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the bot within its available functionality.
  2. The Service may include:
    • AI chat and text query processing;
    • Summarizing files, links, and messages;
    • Content generation and editing;
    • Image, audio, video, and speech generation;
    • Managing your subscription, credits, action history, and support requests;
    • Promo mechanics, referral links, and partner payouts, if available in the current product version.
  3. The bot's interface and current Service settings determine the exact features, limits, rates, costs, credit deduction rules, and available AI providers.

4. Registration and Access

  1. To use the Service, you need an active Telegram account.
  2. When you start using the Service, the bot may get and store technical data from your Telegram account. This includes your Telegram ID, username, profile name, interface language, and any other data Telegram shares based on its platform rules.
  3. You must provide accurate data and not use other people's accounts without legal grounds.
  4. The Service can limit, suspend, or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement, legal requirements, Telegram's rules, AI providers' rules, or payment providers' rules.

5. Paid Services, Subscriptions, and Credits

  1. Some service features might require payment.
  2. You can pay using methods available in the service interface, like Telegram Stars, bank/card payments via a connected provider, or crypto payments through a supported provider.
  3. Pricing, plan details, included credits, subscription terms, and credit pack parameters are all shown in the bot interface when you sign up.
  4. A subscription gives you access to features and limits for the paid period.
  5. Internal credits:
    • use them only within the service;
    • aren't e-money, digital currency, third-party property rights, or standalone payment instruments;
    • can't be exchanged for cash or external assets;
    • are deducted based on service rules, the chosen function, and computation cost.
  6. If an operation fails, the Service *can* (but doesn't *have* to) return reserved or mistakenly deducted credits to your internal balance.
  7. Unless the interface says otherwise, unused monthly credits included in your subscription don't roll over to the next billing period.
  8. Credit packs bought separately are accounted for apart from subscription credits.

6. Service Provision

  1. Bot responses and generation results are automated, using algorithms and third-party AI providers.
  2. You understand and accept that AI-generated results might:
    • contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated info, or incorrect conclusions;
    • not meet your expectations;
    • need human review before use in business, finance, legal, medical, educational, advertising, or other critical areas.
  3. The Service comes "as is" and "as available."
  4. We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation of Telegram, third-party AI providers, payment systems, or external APIs. We also don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, continuous availability, or suitability of results for your specific purpose.
  5. The Service can change features, plans, provider sets, costs, limits, interface, and usage rules anytime without prior notice, unless applicable law explicitly requires it.

7. Acceptable Use

  1. You agree to use the service legally. Don't upload, generate, transmit, or distribute content through the bot that:
    • infringes on third-party rights;
    • is illegal, defamatory, extremist, fraudulent, offensive, discriminatory, or misleading;
    • contains malicious code, hacking attempts, circumvention of restrictions, spam, phishing, or other abusive traffic;
    • violates rules set by Telegram, AI providers, or payment providers.
  2. You must not:
    • use the bot for illegal activities;
    • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, bypass limits and protections, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
    • use automated scripts that create excessive load or mimic legitimate user behavior to bypass restrictions;
    • present service results as guaranteed accurate expert opinions without your own verification.

8. User Content and Rights

  1. The user keeps rights to original content they lawfully upload to the Service.
  2. The user grants the Service and its tech contractors the right to process, store, transfer, and technically use that content. This covers everything needed to run the service: generating responses and results, billing and internal accounting, user support, security, audits, abuse prevention, and service quality improvements.
  3. The user guarantees they have all necessary rights and legal grounds to upload and process the content they submit.
  4. The Service doesn't get exclusive rights to user content, just a limited right to use it for running the Service.

9. Support & Notifications

  1. You can only submit requests via the built-in ticket system inside the Quantium Telegram bot: @quantium_aibot.
  2. Support replies, system messages, payment statuses, subscription notices, credit updates, partner payouts, and other notifications may come through the bot's Telegram interface.
  3. You agree these messages are an acceptable way for the service to communicate with you.

10. Refunds, Cancellations & Access Termination

  1. All payments for digital features, subscriptions, and credit packs are final unless applicable law or specific payment provider rules explicitly state otherwise.
  2. If a subscription, credit pack, or other digital feature has already been provided, even partially used, refunds typically aren't issued.
  3. The Service reviews all payment inquiries case-by-case, but isn't obligated to provide a refund, compensation, or extended access.
  4. The Service can temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access if you violate this Agreement, abuse or try to bypass limitations, if required by law, a payment provider, Telegram, or an AI provider, or if there's a threat to the service's security, other users, or infrastructure.

11. Partner Program

  1. If a partner or referral program is available, its terms appear in the bot's interface or in separate rules.
  2. If partner payouts are offered, they happen under the conditions shown in the interface, including minimum thresholds, supported networks, and application confirmation process.
  3. The Service can, at its sole discretion, check the legitimacy of traffic, payments, and referred users. It can also reject payouts, freeze accounts, or shut down program access if suspicious activity is found.

12. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Service isn't liable for:
    • actions or inactions of Telegram, AI providers, payment providers, or other third parties;
    • interruptions, delays, limitations, errors, blocks, or unavailability of third-party platforms;
    • your direct or indirect losses from using or being unable to use the service, unless mandatory legal provisions explicitly state otherwise;
    • your decisions based on AI-generated results without additional verification.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service excludes all liability to you. If such exclusion isn't allowed, the Service's liability is in any case limited to the amount you actually paid for services over the last 30 calendar days before the claim arose.

13. Personal Data

  1. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement.
  2. By using the service, you confirm you've read the Privacy Policy and agree to data processing as needed for the service to function.

14. Agreement Changes

  1. The Service may change this Agreement anytime, no prior notice needed.
  2. The new version takes effect once published, unless another term is explicitly stated.
  3. If you keep using the service after the new version goes live, you're agreeing to the updated terms.

15. Applicable Law and Disputes

  1. This Agreement is governed by the law where the Service is actually administered, unless mandatory applicable laws say otherwise.
  2. Users must first try to resolve disputes via support.
  3. If a dispute isn't resolved, it'll be settled by applicable law.
