A subscription gives you a monthly bundle of credits at a roughly 2× discount versus pay-as-you-go top-ups, plus access to Pro models, scheduled tasks, and long-term memory. Top-up packs (60 / 160 / 400 / 900 credits) are great if you only need a one-off batch of generations or want to refill before your next renewal.
Credits are Quantium's internal currency. Rough costs per request: chat with GPT-5.4 Mini — 0.5–2 credits, Pro chat with GPT-5.4 or Gemini 2.5 Pro — 2–5, a FLUX 1.1 image — 3, FLUX 2 Pro or GPT-Image-1.5 — 6–10, a 5-second Sora 2 clip — 15, voice-over — 1 credit per 1,000 characters. The exact price is shown before you confirm.

Yes. If you haven't used your credits for the current period, write to info@quantiumbot.com and we'll refund the unused portion within 3 business days. We don't refund credits that have already been spent.
